This is a hardcover, in very good to excellent condition. Dust Jacket is in very good condition - very little wear and tear just a few very small chips along the edges - there is residue on the inside edges from an old cover but this can only be seen if you take the dust jack off. The hardcover book has some wear to the corners and spine edges Inside pages are in nearly new condition with no signs of any rips, tears, folds or creases.
