27.5cm x 20.5cm - just a little smaller than A4.
The covers and pages are in fair condition, they have some wear and tear. A little chipping along the edges, some holes along the spine of the covers. A couple of pin holes from where they were pinned together with the pattern pieces so they weren’t lost.
The pattern is in good condition. It appears to have never been used and still factory folded. Some the pieces seem to be a little crumpled so may need an iron. All pieces are accounted for.
This is 64 years old so all the pages are old, the cover is a little brittle.
Will be shipped in a rigid mailer.

Australian Home Journal started in the 1930s, by John Sands Ltd, Sydney as a fashion magazine, featuring mostly fashion-related content such as sewing and knitting patterns, fashion tips and updates on the latest trends. It became very well known and world renowned for its inclusion of on-trend sewing patterns. Australian Consolidated Press became the publisher in 1965 and the emphasis of the magazine shifted from fashion to homemaking in general.
