Super cute and kitsch, this delightful pair of vintage salt and pepper shakers in the shape of apples (or are they tomatoes) sitting on a small green leaf plate.

The apples and leaf tray are ceramic. One still has its original plastic stopper the other one has been lost.

The leaf plate is stamped Made in Japan. Circa 1950s or 1960s.

They are in good vintage condition, no chips. cracks or crazing. The colours are crisp and bright.

the tray is 14cm x 7cm
the fruits are 4.5cm tall x 5cm wide
