This stunning vintage bowl, made in Germany is simply stunning. It has beautiful ruffled edges, a rich deep brown glaze and abstract swirls of colour in cream, yellow and orange.
It is like a beautiful exotic flower.
It could be displayed as a statement piece, a candy dish, fruit bowl or trinket dish
Circa 1960s, printed on the base of the dish is GERMANY 429.
In good vintage condition. There is a small scratch in the bowl, it is approx. 1cm long. There are a few flea bit nibbles around the edges of the ruffles (about 4). A few other little flea bite nibbles around the bowl. None of these detract from the beauty of the bowl, but the price is set to reflect these minor defects.
This measures 25cm across and 5cm tall.
